Ancilla Boarding/Day Academy, Outspan primarily seek to provide equal learning opportunities spheres to orphaned/vulnerable children and children from well to do families.

In addition to following the approved government curriculum shall, the school lay special emphasis on character and Christian- Catholic formation and the values of good citizenry.

It shall ensure that those who go through the school will not only turn out to be all rounded citizens but also persons who will have as their core mission the need to assist others in the community who may not have been as lucky as themselves.

It is our hope that many of these children who are bright but do not have the conducive environment to learn and realize their dreams will get those chances in the our boarding school. This boarding school shall deliberately respond to the needs of the very poor children in the area and around Kenya especially the girl-child. This will keep some of them off the streets as well as provide them with life skills and training opportunities in life.Apart from following the regular curriculum of the government, the core of the training for the children will be helping them to develop their various academic and artistic skills to the fullest in other to realise their full potentials.

The school which started with 32 children in 2009 registered 85 children in 2010.
